Terms and Conditions of the offer

1. Both of your treatments must start at the same time or one of yours (the proposer’s) dental treatment must be in progress for the discounts to be applied

2. The referred person’s dental treatment must commence during this same period

3. Both treatments have to be undertaken at the same clinic and at least once on the same occasion

4. On one occasion both patients must travel together for treatment

5. The entire combined costs must exceed 10,000 GBP (ten thousand pounds Sterling)

6. In the event you travel alone and your treatment exceeds 10,000 GBP you will qualify for the 4% discount

7. This offer can only be combined with discounts indicated on the treatment plan provided by the dentist after the initial consultation

8. The patient may take advantage of this discount voucher on one occasion only

9. In the event of any dispute arising related to this offer, the decision of the Clinic is final.
